John Deere will sponsor a team in the next edition of the Farming Simulator League
John Deere is the first company in the agricultural sector to sponsor an export team. Team John Deere Esports will consist of seven German players and will compete in the inaugural season for € 250K ($ 284K USD) which will start at FarmCon 2019 in July.
John Deere products were first presented in Farming Simulator 19 and the company plans to expand the number of its vehicles in the next edition of games.
When the Farming Simulator League was announced in January, representatives of Giants Software stated that technological farms would sponsor teams rather than the same league. Since then, agricultural equipment manufacturers Lindner, Horsch, Bednar and Krone have been announced as sponsors of the various teams. Furthermore, the organization of my business export and the publisher of games Astragon Entertainment will line up teams in the league.
