Russian organisation Gambit Esports has established a partnership with multinational electronics company LG Electronics.
Konstantin Pikiner, Sports Director of Gambit Esports commented on the deal in a release: “We are delighted to welcome LG as our new partner. Gamers from all around the world – including esports athletes – prefer to use products of LG, especially their gaming monitors. I want to note that this is the first time in the history of the Club that our player becomes an ambassador of such a recognized brand. I am sure that Mark will do his best and together we will prepare a lot of interesting projects for our community.”
The partnership will see LG Electronics supply Gambit Esports’ training facilities with its gaming monitors. In return, Gambit Esports is displaying the electronics company’s branding on its social media profiles. Other details of the deal aren’t known at the time of writing.
Andrey Gospodynko, IT Sales Director of LG Electronics Rus added: “LG Electronics status in esports and gaming is growing day by day. Today we are happy to announce our new project. Cooperation with Gambit Esports promises to become one of the brightest events of 2020. Our hopes are high for teams future results and we wish best of luck to all its members. Gambit Esports is also partnered with Cougar, Tornado Energy, and MTS. LG Electronics’ esports involvements in the past include deals with ESL, Dire Wolves, and Eintracht Frankfurt Esports.
