Six Invitational – final event of the 2020 season – of the Rainbow Six Siege, is ready for the long-awaited start of February.
This event is the most important and anticipated Rainbow Six Siege eSports tournament hosted by Ubisoft, the Montreal-based game developer and publisher.
The tournament brings together the best teams from around the world and marks the end of the previous year by representing an informal World Cup.
We recall that the Six Invitational offers an initial prize pool of $ 500,000 USD while an additional 30% of all Road to S.I. 2021 Battle Pass sales are added to the total prize pool up to a maximum of $ 3,000,000 USD.
This year, due to the Covid19 pandemic still active around the world, the organizer had to foresee radical changes to the organizational structure.
However, these changes have not dampened the enthusiasm between players and spectators.
Note…
Ubisoft has postponed the World Cup announced some time ago and moved to Europe and for the first time live, with the Six Invitational.
The event will be streamed online on Rainbow Six Siege’s Twitch channels and R6 Siege’s YouTube channels.
